Morse Tilt-To-Load Drum Tumbler with Enclosure & Controls

The Morse Tilt-to-Load Drum Tumbler / Drum Mixer rotates a closed drum "corner-over-corner" to thoroughly mix the contents. To comply with OSHA,CSA, and EU, the Guard Enclosure with Safety Interlock are included (Model: GEK-310-1) . Choose your required Electric Control Package from the menu,  Model CP-310-1-115 for single-phase 115V 60Hz power supply or Model CP-310-1-230 for single-phase 208V or 230V 60Hz power supply. OSHA requires a guard enclosure with safety interlock, so that the rotator will automatically stop running if the enclosure gate is opened.
The Morse Tumblers are used to ensure homogeneous and uniform batches, remix valuable settled or stratified ingredients, or smooth rough parts by tumbling with media. These tilt-to-load tumblers rotate a drum from 5 to 20 RPM. Motors are 2 HP. This model is air-powered, and includes air controls. Like all our Drum Handling products, this tilt-to-load drum tumbler is certified and comes with documentation.
